Modern Sangha

Sangha is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as ‘community’ or ‘tribe’, and often refers to a group of committed practitioners of eastern philosophy.
In my modern interpretation it refers to a group of people with shared values and a common vision.
In the sangha an individual’s values and goals are complementary to the overall community goal. Group members can feel safe and rely on receiving unconditional support to grow.

It is my desire to bring this feeling into the modern world.

As a Yogini and project manager, two hearts beat within me. I love organizing things and making sure that a business can run as smoothly and professionally as possible. At the same time, I am fascinated by humanity and our search for connection and purpose.

After being a curious student of ‘myself’ for the last 20 years, I feel ready to share what I have learned along the way with a wider audience, whether individuals or corporations. I always had a deep interest in people, their stories, their growth and their interactions with others.

In both my private and professional life, I find myself naturally drawn to people and reflecting on the different situations in their lives. I have found that they often tend to come up with their own solutions and ideas through that process.

By turning inwards, calming down our minds and observing our thoughts, emotions and behaviours we can learn to see beyond the autopilot and start to develop the capacity to manifest our vision. 

It is my mission to prove that modern business and emotion – or even spirituality – are not contradictory. In fact, spirituality can enhance business by strengthening the dimension of purpose. As human beings we naturally seek purpose in everything we do. Bringing the knowledge into our daily life’s and businesses can increase every individual’s satisfaction and happiness.
