The intimate class “Awaken the power of the 7 Chakras” offers a unique opportunity to work with the 7 subtle energy centers in more detail.
In each 90 minute session we will work intensively on one Chakra. The sessions include theoretical and philosophical background information, an asana practice, pranayama and meditation. The classes are designed to give you an experience of the positive qualities of the respective Chakra.
